We are unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.Job SummaryWe are looking for a Workday Interface Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and the broader enterprise application landscape. The role focuses on hands-on integration delivery using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs, with strong attention to reliability, security, and data quality. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful Workday integrations in production, navigates Workday's tenant model and security framework with confidence, and writes well-structured Studio integrations that are easy to maintain. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners — product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders — to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers.
