ClearPath Title is hiring an experienced Senior Escrow Officer for our  new Bearden office in Knoxville. This role offers the independence to run your own desk with strong operational support in a growing, independent title and escrow company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle escrow transactions from file opening through closing, including document preparation, review, and coordination with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers.
• Perform detailed reviews of contracts, loan documents, and escrow instructions to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Handle complex financial calculations, balancing, prorations, payoffs, and other transaction details with precision.
• Maintain accurate and audit-ready records for all files.
• Provide outstanding service through proactive and clear communication with all parties.
• Stay current on federal, state, and Tennessee-specific title and escrow regulations.
• Collaborate with our support team while enjoying significant autonomy in how you manage your files.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on escrow experience with full-cycle file management (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of escrow procedures, contract review, compliance standards, and real estate transaction workflows.
• Excellent math and 10-key skills with high accuracy.
• Outstanding communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Notary Public (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Experience with title/escrow software (SoftPro preferred).
• A strong book of business and active referral network is  not required , but highly valued and will significantly increase your earning potential.

Compensation & Perks

• Earnings Range : $70,000 – $200,000+ per year.
