Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Inspections in Philadelphia PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment for patients visitors and staff. This driving post requires a valid drivers license. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures security-related policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings parking areas entrances and surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents medical-related emergencies disturbances and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established procedures.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction access control and reporting of unauthorized activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Document incidents observations and patrol activities accurately and promptly and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
