Service Technician Foreman – Sheet Metal (Roofing)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Sheet Metal Foreman to oversee and service commercial roofing and sheet metal service operations. This role combines hands-on service work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality repairs, sheet metal work, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

»   Lead and supervise service technicians on daily service calls

• Diagnose complex commercial roofing and sheet metal issues and perform repairs

»   Coordinate schedules, materials, and service priorities

•      Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met

«   Communicate with customers, project managers, and office staff

•      Train and mentor service team members

•      Maintain accurate service records and reports

Qualifications:

•      • 3+ years of commercial roofing/service experience with leadership experience, strongly preferred

•      3+ years of commercial sheet metal experience required

•      Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

»   Excellent communication and customer service abilities

•      Ability to manage multiple service calls and priorities

•      Valid driver's license required
