Fleet/Maintenance Clerk
Sysco
Job Summary : Schedule & coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs, maintain parts inventory, and act as a point of contact for the Fleet shop.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with transportation to schedule preventative maintenance and repairs.
Order and maintain parts inventory. Upload invoices and close purchase requests.
Maintain electronic vehicle inspection reports and coordinate repairs with mechanics.
Communicate equipment status updates daily.
