Role Description:
As a customer relations representative, your role will involve engaging with customers to address their concerns, provide answers to their inquiries, and support them with their needs. This will be done while focusing on establishing and nurturing relationships with customers. Multitasking is a key aspect of this role, as you will be responsible for promptly responding to customer phone calls and emails, ensuring timely resolution of their questions and concerns.

• Our office is open 8:30-5:00pm.
