Rainbow Restoration of Mid Central Valley & Sacramento is looking for a driven and high energy Business Development & Sales professional to join our growing team in the Modesto/Stockton region. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful relationships, grow a territory, and make a real impact in the restoration industry. You'll be the face of Rainbow Restoration across the greater Sacramento region. Your mission? Build unstoppable relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, plumbers, and commercial real estate leaders so that when disaster strikes, Rainbow is their only call.

Responsibilities:

• Drive New Business: Prospect, cold-call, network, and hunt down new commercial and residential restoration leads.
• Build a Network: With key industry players (BOMA, IFMA, local trade groups, insurance associations).
• Leverage Modern Tech: Use cutting-edge tools, CRMs, mobile apps, and AI platforms to streamline your prospecting, hyper-personalize outreach, and crush your quotas.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Represent Rainbow Restoration at local networking events, trade shows, and community functions
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements:

• High Energy & Charismatic: You walk into a room and instantly connect with people. Your enthusiasm is contagious!
• Proven Sales Track Record: You have a "hunter" mindset with a history of hitting and exceeding targets (B2B sales, restoration, construction, or service-based sales background preferred).
• Tech & AI Savvy: You don't just use email and smartphonesyou're proficient with CRM platforms, sales apps, and actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, automated outreach tools, smart CRMs) to multiply your productivity and outsmart the competition.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Self-Driven & Resilient: Rejection doesn't stop you; it fuels you. You find creative ways to get to the decision-maker.
• 2+ years of successful outbound B2B sales or business development experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Advanced computer literacy: CRM fluency, mobile apps, digital marketing tools, and AI technology.
• Flexible schedule for occasional after-hours networking events or emergency response calls.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year At Rainbow Restoration we're helping families out when disaster strikes, turning their damaged houses back into homes.
