About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: NICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 2+ years License: Active RN License Certifications: Required Certifications Must-Have Skills/Experience: Must have NICU experience. Ability to float within a 25-mile radius if required. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Description: Located in southeastern Washington, this is a 111-bed facility. Services include emergency department, family medicine, orthopedics, obstetrics, gynecology, internal medicine, pediatrics, urgent care, lab, and diagnostic imaging. It is a teaching hospital. The facility is the largest in the Tri-Cities area. Surroundings include 25 square miles of beautiful recreational landscape. There are three golf courses and 27 public parks in the vicinity. The region is part of Washington's wine country. It is three hours from major cities and offers direct flights to multiple U.S. hubs. The NICU department provides critical care for newborns and may assist in other areas as needed. Candidates will be cross-trained for various roles within the department. This position primarily involves night shifts.
