What You'll Do

As an in-home caregiver, you'll provide personalized care that helps seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Every client is different, so we focus heavily on caregiver/client matching and setting caregivers up for success.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Companionship and emotional support
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments or errands
• Dementia support and supervision
• Monitoring safety and changes in condition
• Accurate documentation and communication with the office team

PRN Scheduling Expectations

PRN caregivers are not required to maintain full-time availability, but we do ask for:

• Dependability and professionalism
• Consistent communication with scheduling staff
• Willingness to pick up shifts when available
• Minimum availability of approximately 1-4 shifts per month
• Some weekend availability preferred

We understand flexibility matters and work to build schedules that fit both caregiver and client needs.

Requirements

• Current Florida CNA license OR HHA certificate
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
• Dementia or hands-on care experience preferred but not required for all cases
