We are seeking compassionate and skilled healthcare professionals licensed as Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), or Certified Medical Assistants (CMA) to join a dedicated team providing exceptional ENT care. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive group of nurses and healthcare providers, making a meaningful impact on patient well-being in a welcoming clinical environment. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care and support under the guidance of licensed nurses and physicians. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patients for any adverse reactions. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Assist in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans alongside the healthcare team. Perform basic patient assessments, including vital signs, and communicate findings to nursing staff. Ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment for patients and visitors. Assess and document physical, psychological, and social aspects of patients during clinic visits. Prepare for and assist with office procedures such as injections, immunizations, phlebotomy, tympanograms, EKGs, and vision screenings. Make referrals to other providers and facilities as directed. Report test results to patients promptly with provider instructions. Education & Experience Graduation from an accredited nursing or medical assistant program. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, or certification as a Medical Assistant, with eligibility to work in the relevant regional area. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and team members. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities. Requirements Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with electronic medical records. Physical ability to lift and move patients safely. Independent work ethic, creativity, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to calm and support distressed or agitated patients and their families. Compliance with all federal, state, and professional licensure and regulatory training requirements.
