This position is a seasonal opportunity, with the summer season running from May 1, 2026, through October 15, 2026. Please note that the end date may be subject to change based on business needs

THE JOB:

It is the primary responsibility of the Seasonal America Bar & Grill Food Runner to serve guests while providing courteous and prompt table side service to all guests. The runner must be able to describe all dishes brought to the dining room in a detailed manner and answer pertinent questions.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guest in a positive, friendly manner, making them feel welcome
• Expedite food from the kitchen to the table as dictated by sequence of service and by the Chef or kitchen expediter
• Describe menu features as needed (include changes and additions)
• Communicate with expediter to ensure delivery of food to the correct table and position
• Perform assigned open and closing side-work
• Check dining area, tables and chairs for cleanliness, maintain cleanliness and organization of station and service area

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience in a high-volume or Fine dining restaurant as a Food Runner or Server preferred
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:
$18.58

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
