HTM Contractors is looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators who take pride in production, safety, equipment care, and getting work done the right way.

We are building a strong demolition, excavation, and infrastructure team and are looking for dependable operators who want steady work, strong benefits, and long-term opportunity with a growing local company.

PAY & OPPORTUNITY
• Starting Pay $38/hr
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Davis-Bacon / prevailing wage work on qualifying projects
• Quarterly performance incentives

SCHEDULE
• Monday–Friday
• Occasional weekend and outer island work

THE WORK
• Operate excavators, loaders, skid steers, dozers, compactors, and other heavy equipment
• Demolition, excavation, grading, and site work operations
• Load trucks and stage materials efficiently
• Support utility and infrastructure projects
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Work safely and efficiently with field crews and Foremen
• Help maintain clean and organized jobsites

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong heavy equipment operating experience
• Demolition, excavation, grading, or infrastructure experience preferred
• Ability to operate safely around utilities, crews, and structures
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Safety-minded and team-oriented
• Takes pride in equipment and workmanship
• Able to follow direction and communicate professionally
