Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Overview Position: Freezer, Cooler, and Deli Stocker. You will be part of the fresh food team helping keep shelves stocked and ensuring sanitary conditions in freezers and coolers, while delivering customer service in the deli department. What you'll do is focus on stocking, maintaining product quality, and assisting members as part of daily operations in the freezer, cooler, and deli areas. What you'll do Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps; following proper forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials; following Company steel standard guidelines; and reporting unsafe situations to Management. Maintains the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, completing required audits and documentation, and securing fragile and high‑shrink merchandise. Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member and identifying needs; locating merchandise and assisting with purchasing decisions; providing Deli products to Members; resolving issues and concerns; and promoting Company products and services. Follows Company policies related to Freezer/Cooler area by complying with food handling policies; operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment; following Cold Chain procedures; cleaning the area; monitoring fans, drains and doors; and reporting issues to Management.
