The Licensed Sales Producer plays a vital role within the sales team, focusing on acquiring new clients through various sales channels including phone, in-person meetings, and digital platforms. This position involves client prospecting, policy sales, and maintaining excellent customer service to support growth and retention. The role requires a solid foundation in insurance sales and licenses specific to Life, Health, Property, and Casualty insurance.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential clients through phone calls, meetings, and digital outreach
- Sell insurance policies tailored to client needs
- Provide ongoing customer service and support to policyholders
- Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in insurance sales
- Life and Health Insurance License
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Proficiency in sales techniques and communication skills
- Strong time management abilities
