Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiver to join their warehouse operations team in Seekonk, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse receiving experience who enjoys staying organized, working with inventory, and contributing to an efficient operation.

In this role, you'll help receive, inspect, organize, and document specialized laboratory and industrial equipment while ensuring accuracy throughout the receiving process.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming equipment and materials
• Verify shipments using Excel spreadsheets and internal systems
• Photograph equipment and accurately document specifications for inventory records
• Maintain quality standards through established inspection and documentation procedures
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Communicate effectively with team members via email, phone, Microsoft Teams, and in person
• Assist with additional warehouse projects as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of warehouse receiving or related warehouse experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, email, data entry, and computer systems
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience identifying and processing laboratory, pharmaceutical, or industrial equipment is a plus
• Must be able to commute to Seekonk, MA
