Phlebotomist
COMPASS MEDICAL PROVIDER LLC
Overview Compass Medical Provider, LLC is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to assist us in providing care to the Michigan Army National Guard. Responsibilities Collect blood samples through venipuncture and other methods while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Process and label specimens accurately for laboratory analysis. Monitor and record vital signs as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to protocols. Communicate effectively with patients and team members to provide exceptional patient care. Current Phlebotomy certification is required. Must have at least 2 years’ experience, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and actively registered with the state or currently working under a physician. Military experience is preferable. Scrubs are a must and training will be mandatory. Must be able to pass a drug screening and a background check. Must be available Fridays: April 17th, May 15th, June 26th and July 17th.
