Front Desk Associate - FT

We are seeking to add a Front Desk Associate to our busy medical office in Plano, TX. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is patient-focused, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of recent front desk experience in a medical office setting Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR); experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus Strong computer and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered demeanor Responsibilities: Greet patients and help with check-in and check-out processes Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments Answer multi-line phones and route calls appropriately Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations Collect co-pays and outstanding balances Manage incoming and outgoing faxes Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Supervisor What We're Looking For: Strong common sense and sound judgment A proactive, reliable work ethic Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Minimum of 2 years of recent front desk experience in a medical office setting Schedule: Monday through Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm #J-18808-Ljbffr iResearch Atlanta, LLC
