Pallet Builder Job Duties: Keep things moving — loading, unloading, sorting Pick and pack so orders are spot-on Scan items in and out with simple tools Stay active on your feet all day Follow safety steps — your crew depends on it Double-check counts before you're done Lift 40 pounds, and wear PPE (steel-toe shoes)
