Experience 10 - 12 years Technical Skills Regulatory Product Specialist Domain Skills Research and Development Responsibilities The Product Manager should have a background in Clinical Development and Knowledge of the eCOA product/process Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory documents to relevant authorities. Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements and best practices to internal teams and clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regulatory strategies with business objectives. Analyze regulatory changes and assess their impact on product development and market access. Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders. Ensure timely and accurate communication of regulatory updates and requirements to all relevant parties. Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions on regulatory compliance. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of regulatory processes and recommend improvements. Facilitate the resolution of regulatory issues and challenges in a proactive manner. Contribute to the development of regulatory policies and procedures to enhance compliance. Utilize your expertise in research and development to provide insights into regulatory trends and innovations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance regulatory efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Possess a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and product compliance requirements.
