Assistant Manager: Store Sales & Service Excellence

A leading home goods retailer in Vacaville is seeking an Assistant Manager of Sales and Service. In this role, you will support the management team by providing world-class service and leading staff to exceed sales goals. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience, ensuring appropriate staffing, and coaching employees on service principles. This position requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as 2-3 years of relevant experience.
