Are you a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for a rewarding pediatric home care opportunity? Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a dependable LPN to provide one-on-one private duty nursing for a pediatric patient in Port St. Lucie, FL.

High-Acuity Case: G-Tube | Trach | Vent (G/T/V)

Location: Port St. Lucie, FL 34953

⏰ Schedule:

• Day shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

• Up to 36 hours per week available

• Weekend coverage is a high priority!

What Makes This Opportunity Unique?

• Provide one-on-one nursing care in a home setting.

• Work in a case with a designated care space for the patient.

• Help maintain consistent coverage, especially on weekends.

Ideal Candidate:

• Active Florida LPN license.

• Pediatric nursing experience, particularly with trach and ventilator care.

• Comfortable with G-tube management and high-acuity nursing needs.

• Able to follow safe patient-handling procedures and request assistance when lifting or transferring is needed.
