This dual-role position ensures the smooth daily operation of the school while supporting and enhancing our research-based, play-driven curriculum. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the implementation and consistency of the Wonder of Learning™ curriculum across all classrooms Support teachers with lesson planning, classroom setup, and instructional strategies Observe classrooms regularly to ensure curriculum fidelity and educational excellence Ongoing professional development for faculty Manage administrative tasks including organization, front office operations, office and food supply inventory management.
