Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
- Follow established call center scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Accurately document and update consumer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within the database
- Provide clear, empathetic support to consumers while maintaining compliance and quality standards
- Communicate fluently in Spanish and English to effectively assist a diverse consumer base
