Assignment Details
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Contract Weeks: 26
Requirements
- License: KS or Multistate license
- Certifications: AHA BLS required
- Minimum Experience: 1 year progressive care/step down experience required
- Charting System: Epic (test out option available)
- Education: ADN or BSN
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a post-surgical setting
- Monitor and assess patient condition and make recommendations for care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families about post-operative care
- Document patient care activities and responses accurately
Compliance / Notes
Please list RTO at the time of submission. Profiles will not be sent to the facility without complete information. Immunity status of Hep B, MMR, & Varicella is required, as well as TDaP vaccination and Influenza vaccine or exemption request during flu season. TB documentation is also required.
