Tru Consulting is looking for high-aptitude recent graduates and early-career professionals who are ready to learn quickly, solve complex problems and build real-world consulting experience.

Our 12-week Early Careers Program is designed to accelerate your development through structured training, Anaplan certification, hands-on experience, mentorship, and meaningful contributions to client work. This isn’t a shadowing program – you’ll learn by doing alongside experienced Tru consultants.

High-performing participants who successfully complete the program may be considered for conversion to a full-time role with Tru Consulting.

Choose Your Track

Model Builder

Designed for analytical and technically inclined candidates interested in using technology and data to solve business problems.

You’ll:

• Earn Anaplan Level 1 & 2 Certifications
• Build and enhance Anaplan models
• Support data migration and model design
• Partner with consulting teams and contribute to client deliverables

Consultant

Designed for candidates who enjoy combining analytical thinking, business problems, and client collaboration.

You’ll:

• Earn Anaplan Level 1 Certification
• Support client projects and delivery teams
• Analyze data and contribute to project outcomes
• Collaborate across teams and provide project updates

Project Coordinator

Designed for highly organized candidates interested in project delivery and operations.

You’ll:

• Gain experience as a junior project manager
• Support client projects and delivery teams
• Coordinate project planning activities
• Contribute to process improvement and project documentation.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need previous Anaplan or consulting experience. We’re looking for potential, aptitude, and the ability to learn.

Strong candidates will bring: A recent bachelor's degree or equivalent early-career experience

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Comfort working with Excel, data, and technology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Curiosity and an ability to learn new systems quickly
• Attention to detail and personal accountability
• The ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Availability to participate fully in the 12-week program and transition into a full-time opportunity if selected
• For the Model Builder track , backgrounds such as MIS, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related disciplines may be particularly relevant.
• For the Consultant and Project Coordinator tracks , backgrounds such as Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related disciplines may be particularly relevant.
