Healthcare Clinical/Non-Clinical Recruiter - 13-Week Contract
Location: Pittsfield, MA (Onsite)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 9:00 AM-5:30 PM (40 hours/week guaranteed)

- Design and execute effective recruitment strategies for management, exempt, and non-exempt healthcare positions
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to meet staffing needs
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate tracking systems
- Provide a high level of customer service and maintain professionalism at all times
- Independently manage recruiting activities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources , with a focus on interviewing and hiring decisions
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - or equivalent relevant experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR regulations preferred
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with computer software and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to travel locally as needed - must have a personal vehicle
- One supervisory reference from the past two years is required
- Orientation: 8 hours, non-billable
- Limited time off: Maximum 5 days during the assignment (must be pre-approved and noted at time of submission
