Optical Sales Associate at Living Well Eyecare by Lenscrafters The Optical Sales Associate delivers a high standard of eye care and eyewear service, ensuring each patient and customer experiences the best service in every LensCrafters location. General Function Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones. Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings. Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to choose the perfect vision solution. Conduct measurements with appropriate optical tools and consult with the optician as needed. Actively participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff. Takes pride in the store appearance and maintains displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Fosters an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators with basic phone and math skills Embraces new technology & change with high accuracy Ability to sell using sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals Strong oral and written communication skills Self‑motivated with a demonstrated ability to multi‑task and respond flexibly in a rapidly changing environment Pay Range: $18.36 - $25.69 per hour.
