Berger Chevrolet is growing and is seeking a full-time Parts Delivery Driver to join our fourteen-time Dealer of the Year award-winning organization. We offer a team environment, great benefits, career growth opportunities, and ongoing support.

Position Summary: In this role, youll play a key part in keeping our parts operations running smoothly by delivering GM parts to Berger Chevrolet customers throughout Southern Michigan and Northern Indiana, ensuring customers receive the parts they need when they need them. Youll represent Berger Chevrolet on the road while providing reliable support to our customers and warehouse team. This position is based out of our Southern Michigan warehouse Monday Friday (7am until scheduled deliveries are completed).

Job Description:

• Safely deliver GM parts to wholesale customers in a timely, professional manner.
• Organize and prepare delivery routes by arranging deliveries and efficiently staging/loading parts.
• Support team members by assisting with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• Handle and process parts returns as needed.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned through continued employment.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior delivery driving experience preferred.
• Must reside in Michigan and maintain a valid Michigan chauffeurs license as a condition of employment; a CDL is also acceptable. Candidates without a chauffeurs license must obtain one within 30 days of hire.
• Must pass and maintain DOT medical certification.
• Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, trustworthy, highly organized, and consistently efficient.
• Must allow pre-employment screenings, including background checks, driving record evaluations, and drug testing.
• Must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation and adhere to workplace health procedures as directed by the public health department.
