Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Jacksonville area. Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers. Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements. Negotiate contracts and terms between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth transactions. Develop and maintain a network of clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts. Prepare and present detailed property listings and marketing materials. Stay updated on local real estate trends, zoning laws, and financing options.
