Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) with weekend flexibility required.

The position offers an elevated seasonal winter rate, returning to standard amounts after the specified date. Ideal candidates will support the PM shift in a high-acuity environment and should possess strong skills in patient care, particularly in the labor and delivery setting. Precepting skills are preferred.

Provide comprehensive nursing care for labor and delivery patients.

Assist with labor management and delivery procedures.

Support patients and families during the prenatal and postpartum periods.

Maintain accurate patient records using the Epic charting system.

Monitor fetal heart rates and intervene as necessary.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Assist with high-risk deliveries and emergency procedures as needed.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and delivery nursing.

Current ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, BCLS, and NRP certifications required.

Registered Nurse (RN) license must be valid and in-hand at the time of submission.

Experience with Epic charting system is required.

Position available within a 50-mile radius of the facility.
