Social Services Director Location: The Gardens at West Shore | Camp Hill, PA Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday Position Overview The Gardens at West Shore is seeking a compassionate and experienced Social Services Director to lead the Social Services Department in our skilled nursing facility in Camp Hill, PA. This leadership role serves as an advocate for residents’ social and emotional well-being and oversees all aspects of social services programming, compliance, and departmental operations. The Social Services Director supports residents, families, and staff through periods of transition, adjustment, and crisis while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality resident-centered care.
