Temporary Ems Staffing Services

Navitas Healthcare is able to provide the requested temporary EMS staffing services, including qualified Paramedics and EMTs capable of supporting Clemson's 911 ambulance operations, fire-based EMS environment, special events, and other operational needs described in the attachment.

Our preliminary bill rates are expected to begin at approximately $43.00 per hour, with the final rate varying based on the clinician's certification level, experience, schedule, availability, and specific assignment requirements. For budgeting purposes, the following example assumes one clinician working 53 hours per week, with 40 hours billed at straight time and 13 hours billed at the overtime rate of 1.5 times the regular bill rate:

• 40 straight-time hours × $43.00 = $1,720.00
• 13 overtime hours × $64.50 = $838.50
• Total weekly cost: $2,558.50
• Estimated three-month cost, based on 12 weeks and 53 hours per week of work: $30,702.00
• Estimated six-month cost, based on 24 weeks and 53 hours per week of work: $61,404.00

These figures represent an illustrative estimate for one clinician.

Our healthcare delivery team will immediately begin engaging our existing pool of EMS professionals to identify qualified Paramedics who are available to work on-site in Clemson. Our goal will be to present interview-ready candidates as quickly as possible following activation of the State contract. The final deployment timeline will depend primarily on candidate availability, South Carolina credentialing, background screening, and Clemson's onboarding requirements. We will provide Clemson with a more precise deployment schedule as soon as our initial candidate availability review is completed.

Our standard candidate selection and onboarding process includes:

• Our healthcare recruiting team identifies candidates who meet the required clinical, certification, scheduling, and 911 field-experience requirements.
• Each candidate completes a structured four-step screening and qualification process covering credentials, work history, clinical background, availability, communication skills, and assignment fit.
• A Healthcare Account Manager performs a final review and conducts an additional candidate vetting.
• Qualified candidates are presented to Clemson for review and interview before any assignment is finalized.
• Clemson selects the personnel it believes are the best fit for its department and operational environment.
• Following selection, Navitas completes an extensive background screening, credentialing, and onboarding process. We can follow our standard compliance process or Clemson's required credentialing matrix.
• Once all screening, credentialing, and onboarding requirements have been satisfied, the clinician is cleared to begin the assignment.
