Senior Manager, Proposal Management

Labcorp

Labcorp seeks a Senior Manager for Proposal Management to lead the Global Proposal Management Team remotely. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and driving organizational effectiveness through performance metrics and emerging technology adoption.

Responsibilities

Align departmental proposal management strategy with organizational objectives and long-term priorities
Oversee multiple teams and initiatives while managing resource allocation and performance metrics
Develop future leaders through coaching, succession planning, and talent management
Identify and implement emerging technologies and automation to enhance organizational effectiveness
Lead organizational change initiatives and drive sustainable operational improvements

Requirements

10+ years Contract Research Organization or pharmaceutical industry experience
Bachelor's degree
6+ years of people management experience (preferred)
Demonstrated success leading multiple teams with performance accountability
Strong business and financial acumen with analytical skills
Experience influencing organizational leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
