Wellness Director

We are seeking a dedicated RN/LPN to serve as a Wellness Director, responsible for leading and managing residents’ health and well-being within the community. The role involves overseeing clinical programs, ensuring quality assurance and regulatory compliance, and assisting in training and onboarding clinical and care team members. The Wellness Director collaborates with the Regional Director of Resident Care to provide Medication Care Manager training where permitted. Qualifications Include Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN) with an Associate or Bachelor’s degree At least 2 years of management experience working with elders or disabled individuals Proven leadership skills and multi-department experience preferred Knowledge of assisted living, dementia care, or skilled nursing Key Skills And Abilities Understanding of infection control, personalized service plans, and end-of-life care Ability to train, schedule, and orient staff Proficiency in MS Office and embracing assisted living philosophy Focus on quality of care and quality of life objectives #J-18808-Ljbffr RoShay Services
