SOS – Success On The Spectrum): We’re not your average Autism therapy crew. SOS is a national franchise that does things a little differently — think nautical-themed centers , play-based therapy, real field trips , and zero boring vibes . We serve up ABA, Speech Therapy, OT, and Social Skills classes in-clinic, in-home, and in schools. And yes, we’ve got a live parent viewing room — because transparency is kind of our thing. Get to know us better: BENEFITS: Salary $90,000-$115,000 (depending on experience) Sign-On Bonus $5,000 Relocation Support Available for GA and out-of-state residents 401k & 401k Matching 10 days paid time off per year (Because you deserve it!) 10 days paid holidays per year Unlimited unpaid days off Medical Insurance Stipend Company paid QBS Safety certification Performance Reviews every 6 months JOB DESCRIPTION: Work In Center Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm Once per week, supervise in-home clients 4:00pm - 6:30pm Acting Quality Assurance Officer Acting Ethics Officer Conflict Resolution/ Incident Response Weekly Meetings with BCBAs Oversee other BCBAs work and offer support Create Individualized, research-based client programs Analyze client progress and update programs as needed Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests) Train Interns and Trainers Respond to Insurance Audits Safety Management QUALIFICATIONS: BACB Certification BLS / CPR certification No criminal background Excellent oral and written communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Success On The Spectrum Smyrna
