What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care to cardiac ICU patients, including those on ventilators, Swan-Ganz catheters, and balloon pumps
• Perform IV starts, telemonitoring, and manage conscious sedation
• Work with high-acuity patients requiring complex interventions in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor and manage patient conditions, respond to emergent situations
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed

What You Need

• Active Ohio RN license (or eligible for licensure)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience, specifically Cardiac ICU preferred
• Proficiency with IV starts, telemetry, vents, Swan's, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, P lines, and Epic systems
• Previous travel nursing experience a plus
