Front Desk Sales Associate – Membership Sales Associate We are now hiring a Membership Sales Associate for a fast‑growing fitness franchise dedicated to changing lives. This role is focused on sales, customer service, and club operations. Responsibilities Act as a brand ambassador for Workout Anytime. Greet and check in members, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Answer phones courteously and professionally. Sell and set up new memberships and generate referrals. Conduct guest tours. Assist with daily cleaning, maintenance, and other tasks assigned by management. Build relationships inside and outside the gym. Participate in or manage marketing events. Learn and follow company processes and procedures. Follow up on leads from the web, renewals, and other lists via phone and email. Candidate Requirements 18 years or older. Open availability with flexibility for nights and weekends. Positive, upbeat, outgoing, and courteous personality. Experience in direct customer‑facing roles, fitness industry, or sales preferred.
