Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire hotel general managers and their teams to achieve outstanding performance and guest satisfaction. Develop and execute regional strategies to maximize revenue, operational efficiency, and profitability. Conduct site visits to ensure brand standards, service excellence, and regulatory compliance are met. Manage regional budgets, control expenses, and implement cost‑saving initiatives. Drive sales and marketing efforts to increase occupancy and market share. Analyze guest feedback and implement programs to boost loyalty and repeat business. Recruit, develop, and mentor hotel staff to build a motivated and talented workforce. What You Bring Minimum 5+ years managing multiple hotel properties, preferably with IHG and Marriott brands. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Strong financial acumen and business development experience. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
