Compensation Analyst

Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their office in Iselin, New Jersey . The firm offers excellent benefits including generous PTO and 401(k)! Job Details Assist Total Rewards team by providing compensation analysis and models Create and update dashboards to deliver HR metrics Manage regular data audits Assist with system integrations and ensure data integrity during migrations Prepare reports and presentations with synthesized data Ensure compliance with HR best practices and legal regulations/laws Salary: $70-80k annually, based on experience Excellent benefits package includes health, dental, vision insurance, generous PTO and 401(k)!
