Responsibilities Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price. Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly. Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base. Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts. Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business. Lead follow‑up. Follow the team plan. Attend team trainings. Sales scripts and CRM mastery. Qualifications Ability to use or quickly learn real‑estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies. Completes tasks quickly and efficiently. Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself. Possesses a real‑estate license. Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information. Great communication.
