Looking for Business Analyst to join our GEN AI project team. The Business Analyst will be a key player in the agile development process, with a strong focus on understanding sprint cycles and crafting well-defined user stories. This role requires a professional who is adept at working cross-functionally with design teams, architecture teams, and front-end developers to drive consensus and facilitate proactive problem-solving.



Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and refine user stories, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Understand and actively participate in sprint cycles, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with the Senior Project Manager, Product Manager, and Scrum Master to ensure a cohesive approach to project delivery.
• Utilize tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage requirements and track progress.
• Engage in proactive problem-solving to address challenges and remove impediments to team progress.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and project objectives.
• Drive consensus among diverse groups and maintain a collaborative team environment.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and outcomes through feedback and agile best practices.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AI technologies and understand technical language and concepts

• Excellent skills in writing user stories and understanding the nuances of sprint cycles.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with design, architecture, and development teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Familiarity with agile project management tools such as Jira and ADO.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to drive consensus among team members and stakeholders.
