Union Payroll SpecialistNext 150 Construction, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gilbane Building Company, is seeking a Union Payroll Specialist to support the administration of union and prevailing wage payroll programs. This position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage requirements, certified payroll reporting, union dues processing, and fringe benefit remittances. In addition, you would work with an experienced team which provides you with the opportunity to learn new industry skills every day.ResponsibilitiesSupports union and prevailing wage payroll operations by assisting with union data requests, maintaining accurate records, supporting CBA compliance reviews, and helping with union reconciliation, reporting, and benefit remittance activitiesSupports routine communication with union benefit administrators and trust funds regarding reporting, documentation, and remittance questions.Helps gather and provide union-related payroll data when requested.Assists with reviewing payroll, benefit, and classification data to support CBA compliance.
