Conduct client conferences to discuss legal strategies and gather information. Negotiate settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Analyze case information and manage document procurement. Requirements Experience in litigation and courtroom representation. Ability to develop and execute case strategies. Proficiency in investigating financial documents and organizing discovery materials. Strong negotiation skills aligned with client objectives. Excellent communication skills with a balance of empathy and candid feedback. Exceptional writing abilities for crafting persuasive declarations. High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and integrity. Understanding of California Family Law nuances. Flexibility to take on various responsibilities as the firm grows. Proficiency in using multiple computer programs and software. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in California. Skills Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
