In Addison, IL, your day starts with drawings on the bench, materials stacked at the ready, and a clear goal: transform plans into flawless custom cabinetry and furniture. You’ll blend creativity with precision, moving from blueprint to installation with craftsmanship that clients can see and feel.

• Translate specifications and design intent into build-ready plans, then craft custom cabinets and furniture from start to finish.
• Operate and tune a range of woodworking tools and machinery to shape, assemble, and finish components with accuracy.
• Measure, mark, and cut materials to exact tolerances for perfect alignment and fit.
• Keep your station clean, organized, and safe , following shop protocols every step of the way.
• Repair and modify existing cabinetry when projects call for updates or refinements.
• Stay curious— track new techniques and industry trends to continuously sharpen your craft.

• Documented success as a Cabinet Maker or closely related role.
• Deep familiarity with woodworking methods and materials , from joinery to finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings without supervision.
• Comfort and safety first with hand tools and power equipment .
• An eye for detail and a commitment to museum‑grade quality.
• Resourceful problem solver who thrives working independently.
