JOIN SQUEEZE *Must have a valid Massage Therapy License*
Pay & Compensation
- $30 per treatment hour
- $45 for 80-minute services
- $10/hour for downtime (paid when not in session)
- $5 per enhancement (guest-selected in-app, no upselling required)
- Tips paid weekly (not included in base rate)
Schedule
- Full-time or Part-time opportunity
- Flexible scheduling: 4, 6, or 8-hour shifts
- Full-time must work one evening and one weekend shift
- Must be available for at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)

- Continuing Education stipend (up to $200/year)
- Annual performance raises ($1/year)
- Quarterly paid training (modalities, mindfulness, financial wellness)
- Team events and off-sites
- W-2 employment (we handle taxes)
- Active Massage Therapy License (North Carolina)
- Experience in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage
- Passion for delivering personalized, high-quality service
- Ability to adapt to guest needs
