Behavioral Intervention Specialist

A New Hope is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Intervention Specialist to provide crucial support to children and young adults (ages 3–21) with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will implement tailored behavior intervention strategies in various settings, working on communication and daily living skills. A strong commitment to participant safety and dignity is essential. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a human services field, over 1,040 hours of relevant experience, and flexible skills to adapt to dynamic environments.
