Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time
Pay Frequency: Bi-Monthly

We are a growing insurance agency dedicated to providing excellent customer service and helping clients protect what matters most. We are looking for a dependable, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions regarding insurance policies and coverage
• Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and through email
• Process policy changes, payments, and customer requests
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Support the agency team with daily administrative tasks

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must hold an active Personal & Casualty Insurance License (Licensing costs will be paid for by the agency if not currently licensed)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
• Basic computer and organizational skills
• Customer service experience preferred, but not requiredBenefits
