Daylight M-F 8:00 am-4:30 pm and Afternoon M-F 12:00 pm-8:00 pm.Responsibilities:Servicing and repairing vehiclesTroubleshooting potential mechanical issuesPerform preventative maintenancePerform repair and replacement work, including but not limited to oil, tires, brakes, lamps, and various other partsTravel to other branches to make repairsRequirements:Have own toolsAt least 21 years old (insurance purposes)Pass the DOT PhysicalClean driving recordDiesel experienceRegularly lift up to 50 lbsMechanical troubleshooting skillsMotivated and able to work independently as well as part of a teamWilling to learn and expand skill setEffective written and verbal communication skillsWork overtime as requiredMeet DOT regulatory requirements for operating company or related vehiclesFamiliar with all DOT regulations and truck operationsSign all documentation to meet DOT regulations and company requirementsPreferred:Class 7 Inspection LicenseClass B Driver's LicenseForklift mechanical knowledgeElectrical knowledgeBasic computer skillsMust submit a background check and drug testing.Graduate of a technical school, military school, or relevant working experience acceptable to the company.Scott Electric offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:401(k)401(k) matchingHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible spending accountTuition reimbursementPaid holidaysEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Schedule:8-hour shiftWork Location: In person
