Program Analyst

• Develop plans, schedules and budgets to meet contractual requirements for multiple and/or large complex programs • Establish complex program plans and conduct in-depth research to define program requirements • Lead major coordination efforts for complex delivery schedules • Consult with management and customers on modifications for optimum schedules • Coordinate budgets across the program • Participate in vendor evaluation • Provide expertise on proposals to identify most appropriate methods to meet project requirements outlined in the Statement of Work • Assist with proposals efforts • Provide work leadership for lower level employees • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization Requirements Bachelor’s degree and related technical training at least 8 years directly related experience (or equivalent combination of education/training and experience) ATS Optimization Keywords Below are skills and terms extracted directly from this job posting to improve Applicant Tracking System (ATS) visibility.
