To learn more, visit Description:**## Job Responsibilities:The Senior Product Manager leads the development and execution of product strategy, aligning it with company goals and customer needs. This role oversees the full product lifecycle, drives cross-functional collaboration, and ensures timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate champions customer insights, supports go-to-market efforts, and fosters a high-performing, data-driven product team. As a key leader, they align stakeholders and guide product decisions through clear metrics and strategic vision.**Product Management*** Shape and communicate product strategy aligned with company goals.* Identify market needs through research and analysis.* Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.* Collaborate across teams to deliver quality products on schedule.* Represent customer perspectives in decisions.* Track industry trends and competitors.* Work with engineering, UX, and QA to ship releases on time.* Support go-to-market efforts with marketing and sales.* Set and monitor product KPIs for informed decisions.**Leadership & Communication*** Lead and mentor product managers; promote innovation and growth.* Align stakeholders internally and externally as the product’s representative.## Required Qualifications* 7+ years in product management, including 3+ years leading teams, ideally within ERP or enterprise SaaS.* Strategic thinker who balances vision with execution.* Strong communication and stakeholder management.* Cross-functional experience with sales, customer teams, and product development.* Agile development background.* Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts with hands-on experience using AI tools to prototype and shape product strategy* Willing to travel (10–20%).## Desired Qualifications* Cloud ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).* Bachelor’s in Business, Agriculture, Engineering, or related field.* Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data migration.Location: Flexible work environment with the option to remotely or from offices in Alpharetta, GA or Ankeny, IA.**Worker Type:**Regular**Number of Openings Available:**1### About UsCultura’s employees are the heart of our business.
